ICON Automotive

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Icon Automotive and the ceramic coating they did on my new Tacoma. From the moment I brought my truck in for an estimate, Cody took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. What impressed me most was his honesty. Since my Tacoma was brand new, Cody actually pointed out services and products I didn’t need, including additional paint protection options. Instead of trying to upsell me, he gave me straightforward advice that ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. That alone says a lot about the way he does business. Customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. I needed to drop my truck off early in the morning, and Cody went out of his way to accommodate me by being there before their normal opening hours. When I picked up my Tacoma, I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. The ceramic coating looked incredible, and the attention to detail was obvious. The receptionist also took the time to go over everything I needed to know about maintaining the coating, including the proper way to wash and keep my truck clean. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered. Their shop is abs

WOW! I am completely blown away and impressed by Icon. Kody, Diana and the whole team are simply the best most talented people ive ever met. I brought my 2010 Audi R8 to them for PPF and they did an incredible job it is looking better than when I bought it! They found that the windshield already had ceramic film on it and instead of removing it and putting their own they called and asked if i wanted to. They easily could have done what i asked and made more money but the customer experience was so important to them they prioritized that. It doesn't matter if you have a supercar or an acura integra they take care of you from start to finish. They have earned every 5 star review and if you are on the fence about where to take your car for tint ppf etc run as fast as you can to ICON. I will be taking all my vehicles here.

ICON is absolutely top notch. Had three cars tinted with XPEL XR Plus and they do flawless work. Everyone is great to work with, super knowledgeable and friendly. If it weren’t for me moving out of state, I would have had the PPF and ceramic coating redone on my F-Type as the work they had in the shop was stunning and the attention to detail was second to none. The heat rejection is working incredibly well in the Arizona heat. I really hope ICON makes their way to Arizona one day so I can work with them again in the future.

I recently sent my 2026 Cayenne GTS to Icon for full front PPF as well as the wheel arches and side skirts. Full tint and ceramic coating was done as well. I’ve always had this done to every car I’ve ever owned. By far this is the best work I’ve ever seen compared to my previous cars. As OCD as I am, Icon did an amazing job and they did it perfect the FIRST time. I’ve always had to return for repairs, dirt under the film or lifting of the film edges with other companies in the past. I’m beyond impressed with the professionalism and the eye for detail in Icons work. Kody was great to work with, was very knowledgeable about all their products and made the whole process easy and seamless. They’ve earned a loyal customer.

By far the best place in the DFW metroplex for car care and installation of everything your car needs. Need window tint? Need PPF film? Need ceramic coating? Need badges swapped out? They do it all and for a fair price. Plus, the entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend!
